How We Work

A Practical, Participant-Led Therapy Process

Step 1 — Understand Your Goals

We begin with an initial consultation to understand your goals, context, and supports. This helps us tailor therapy to what matters most and ensure the approach fits your day-to-day life.

Step 2 — Build Skills and Strategies

Sessions focus on practical strategies, emotional regulation, communication, and coping tools that can be used immediately—supported by consistent review and collaboration with your support network.
