Psychology Support That Builds Confidence and Emotional Wellbeing
Empathy Engage provides Psychology services to support NDIS participants to strengthen emotional wellbeing, develop coping strategies, and improve daily functioning. Our work is respectful, trauma-aware, and aligned with participant goals—supporting both short-term stability and long-term capacity building.
We work collaboratively with participants, families, carers, and Support Coordinators to ensure therapy is practical, measurable, and suited to the participant’s environment and support network.

A Practical, Participant-Led Therapy Process
Step 1 — Understand Your Goals
We begin with an initial consultation to understand your goals, context, and supports. This helps us tailor therapy to what matters most and ensure the approach fits your day-to-day life.
Step 2 — Build Skills and Strategies
Sessions focus on practical strategies, emotional regulation, communication, and coping tools that can be used immediately—supported by consistent review and collaboration with your support network.
